Manchester Roofing Contractors Ltd draws consistent feedback for workmanship that customers call thorough and well finished, covering roof repairs, dry verge installation, guttering and storm-damaged roofs made watertight again. Reliability features strongly, with reviewers repeatedly noting that the team arrived when expected and completed jobs punctually. Politeness of the workforce and the tidy condition in which properties were left also come up often, as does the smartening effect of new dry verge on an apex roof. Clear quoting and fair pricing are described by several customers, who mention transparent explanations of what was needed before work started.

Simon is named by more than one reviewer and praised for a knowledgeable, professional approach, particularly where damp was traced to roof defects and where an emergency repair was assessed and resolved the same day. Free gutter cleaning carried out alongside other work is singled out as a further plus. The recurring thread is of a team that inspects carefully, explains each stage and returns roofs to a watertight state, with courteous staff and a high standard of finish mentioned most strongly alongside Simon's detailed surveys and prompt emergency response.
