In Swinton and the wider Manchester area, Sky Roofing And Building has gathered feedback centred on responsive roofing work. Customers in several reviews describe calling about a leak and receiving a same-day visit, with quotes following quickly and full roof replacements beginning within days and finishing inside a week. Punctuality is a point that comes up often, with teams arriving when promised and working efficiently through cold, wet weather without letting standards slip.

Communication features regularly, both before work begins and while it is under way, alongside pricing that customers consider fair and straightforward. Tidiness and care over detail also recur, with gutters and pipework cleared of debris and photographs taken before and after cleaning as evidence of the completed work.

Elvis is named in numerous accounts and is praised for diagnosing faults such as slipped tiles and damaged downpipes, arranging materials, and completing jobs to a high standard, including one instance where he declined payment for a swift repair. The firm is also described as carrying out full roof replacements for commercial premises and flats, together with new fascia and guttering on domestic properties, and reviewers note orderly sites and results that matched or exceeded what they expected. Repeat and referral business appears regularly across the feedback.
