Capital Roofing Contractors Ltd

Full roof replacement and smaller repairs such as flashing work after bad weather feature throughout the feedback, and the same team is named repeatedly for both. Andrew and his colleagues are described as punctual, turning up when promised and finishing within the expected time, while explanations given before work started are a point that comes up often. The quality of the finished roof is a recurring theme, with repairs carried out as proper fixes rather than temporary patches and replacements completed to a high specification.

Customers repeatedly mention pricing as fair and reasonable, and one account describes a quote for a basic repair being followed by the work itself the same afternoon once the right tiles had been obtained. Tidiness is another common thread, with the site left clean and the property treated with respect. Advice on further work was offered without pressure when a customer said the budget would not stretch to it. Polite, friendly conduct and quick completion of jobs are noted, and repeat business appears common, with one household returning for different issues and remaining pleased with the results.
