Friendly Roofing

Friendly Roofing, legally known as Friendly Roofing Co Ltd, was established in 1990 and has over 30 years of industry experience. The company serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Friendly Roofing is a member of roofing associations. Services offered include new roofs, emergency roof repairs, flat roofs, skylights/Velux windows, garage roofs, drone surveys, chimneys, lead work, waterproofing, liquid roofing systems, guttering, cladding, fascias and soffits, roof insulation, rubber roofing and green roofs.

Prompt, tidy workmanship and honest pricing are the themes that surface most consistently across accounts of this Manchester roofing firm. Teams are described as arriving when arranged and finishing without delay, whether the task involved tracing a stubborn leak to its true source or rebuilding a chimney that had collapsed. Customers note that enquiries were answered quickly and that assessments followed soon afterwards, with plain explanations replacing jargon.

Quotations are portrayed as fair and free of surprises, and reviewers value being told which repairs were pressing and which could safely be deferred. Several accounts highlight the care taken to diagnose the underlying fault rather than applying a temporary patch, a decision that appears to have held up, since one customer recorded no further trouble more than six months after a leak was resolved.

Tidiness draws consistent approval, with debris removed and finishes described as neat. Staff come across as approachable throughout, handling short-notice call-outs and routine maintenance with equal attention, and work carried out for a relative's property is singled out for matching the standard of the original job. A chimney rebuilt within days of the first call illustrates the responsiveness that runs through the feedback, alongside general roof upkeep.
