Had roofing work done in May last year. The price went up during the job after being told more work was needed. After it was finished, the place wasn’t left very clean – there was cement residue on the windows and walls, and some mess left in the garden that we had to clear. We were also told slate vents would be added, but these weren’t installed. A few months later, some of the slates and cement started coming loose. I’ve tried getting back in touch about it but haven’t heard anything.
