Pete quoted for conversion of the kitchen extension flat roof from a 1980s cold roof to a modern warm roof covered in EPDM rubber rather than bitumen felt and the installation of a sun tunnel for extra light. The quote was as expected, Pete and his mate were easy to deal with, obviously knew their stuff and the quality of work was spot on.

I went to Rain Defence Roofing Ltd in Nottingham after problems with a leaking felt roof. I just wish I’d done it sooner, it would have saved me so much time and money getting in a proper company in. These guys were professional from the first point of contact which instilling confidence from the off. On receiving multiple quotes from companies, I felt comfortable with Rain Defence as Pete explained what was required in detail and reiterated this within a professional quote. The communication was excellent being kept up to date with the install schedule during really bad weather and then during the work. Both chaps did a great job with attention to detail, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Pete at Rain Defence Roofing Ltd recently completed a replacement of an existing flat roof and guttering on a domestic property for us. We were very happy with the work done. He advised us clearly on suitable construction to meet our needs, provided a quotation in a timely manner, and completed the work at the agreed time and within the time estimate for the work. All waste was removed from site, which was left tidy. Throughout the process, Pete responded to our queries very promptly, and provided a 20 year guarantee for the roofing membrane at the end of the work. I am pleased to say that no ponding has been visible on the roof following the recent heavy rain. We recently had Rain Defence Roofing replace a large extension with a new EPDM flat roof. Pete and Neil did an amazing job, working hard from the moment they arrived, removing the old roof, then fitting insulation, EPDM Roof and fixtures/guttering in just two days. Really impressed with the final result, the new roof is such a transformation, and the quality of workmanship is evident. Pete and Neil did a great job with our flat garage roof. Pricing was competitive and nice to give the job to locals rather than a national firm you’ll probably never be able to contact in the event of a problem. Not that I anticipate a problem at all because you can see that it’s a quality finish. One last thing and a big part of my recommendation - you could not meet two nicer blokes!

Pete and Neil are friendly, helpful, hard-working, timely and totally professional. The quality of workmanship is outstanding.
