In Arnold and the surrounding Nottingham area, Notts Building & Roofing Ltd has built a body of feedback that centres on roof repairs and associated building work. Customers in several reviews describe contacting Lee about rainwater entering a bedroom, slipped slates or broken tiles, and report that he attended the same day or the following day with Josh to assess the problem and complete the repair. Replacing tiles and slates, rendering, replacing damaged bricks, lead work and pointing on chimneys, restoring guttering and downpipes, and painting the exterior of a house all feature among the jobs reviewed.

A theme running through the feedback is the speed of the response, with quotations provided quickly and work often carried out within days. Reviewers repeatedly mention fair and reasonable pricing, efficient and professional working, and clear communication before and after the job. Lee is singled out for his experience, helpfulness and friendly manner, while Josh is named alongside him as part of the team. Customers describe the finished work as solid, secure and to a high standard, and many say they would call on the company again for future roofing or property maintenance needs.
