Reltub Roofing

Reltub Roofing is a family run business founded by Sean Butler and based in Nottingham. It has over 22 years of industry experience and has been working in the East Midlands and the surrounding area for over 22 years. The company specialises in flat roofs, lantern installations and garden rooms, and provides roofing solutions for domestic, commercial and industrial clients.

Its products comply with building regulations and NHBC standards and are CE kite marked. All products are sourced from local manufacturers, and selected products come with up to a 20 year manufacturer guarantee. All operatives are health & safety CSCS trained, and the company carries Public & Employee Liability insurance for up to £1M. Services include flat roofing, roof lanterns, hot tub roofs and commercial guttering.

Reltub Roofing has built a reputation in Nottingham for roofing work carried out to a consistently high standard, with customers repeatedly praising the finish on flat and pitched roofs alike. A theme running through the feedback is reliability: Sean and his team arrive when they say they will, keep customers informed before and during the job, and complete work within the agreed budget.

Several reviewers highlight the tidy, polite and professional manner of the workforce, noting that sites are left clean and that the results still look good months later. The range of work described includes garage roofs, extension roofs, bay windows and newly built garden rooms, along with repairs to work left by other roofers. Customers often mention fair and reasonable pricing, clear communication from the first enquiry through to completion, and the knowledgeable advice offered before any quote is given.

Sean is named frequently for his punctuality, fast working pace and careful approach. Something that features in review after review is the reassuring way problems are explained and resolved, with one customer noting that a faulty roof was rectified without fuss. Word-of-mouth recommendations to family, friends and clients feature regularly, and the standard of workmanship on flat roofing and general repairs remains the detail most often singled out for praise.
