I want to thank Joe from Frontline for the amazing work he did replacing my roof. The job was carried out to a really high standard, communication was clear throughout, and the end result looks fantastic. I’m extremely happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Just had Joe from Front line Improvement Services round to sort repair work on our roof. Joe was very prompt literally came with a couple of days of asking. Very reliable. I would definitely recommend him. A very efficient service.

Put an enquiry out on a Sunday, Joe responded a few minutes later, attended my property within the hour (he was local), quoted same day and completed the works the following Tuesday. Few slate repairs, pointing to verges, some guttering repairs and a chimney cowl. All completed quickly and he even tidied up the mortar that had previously fell out from the verge which I didn't expect (or ask for) him to do. Seeemed a genuinely nice chap too. It can be frustrating having to spend money on house repairs, especially when it is not planned, but when you get good service it makes it that bit easier, and that's my experience with Frontline. Will be my go to for roofing repairs from now on, and I would recommend to others.

Contacted Joe at Frontline Improvements on Sunday evening and he responded immediately Called me on Monday morning and was at mine at 4.30pm same day. Working with his colleague he quickly resolved the issue with a fibre glass roofing and promised to be back if anything went wrong. Huge wait off my mind. I certainly recommend this company.

Joe at Frontline Improvements came to assess a leak on our Velux skylight. He was very knowledgable and professional and carried out a thorough investigation to find the cause which required the removal of roof and ridge tiles. He then carried out the remedial work which absolutely resolved the problem as proved by the heavy rainfall over the next couple of days. We would highly recommend Joe.

Not from the area so dealt with over the phone , Joe was an extremely friendly knowledgeable man who went out to an issue at very short notice and addressed what I needed. Great communication , extremely pleased to have found him. Thanks again Joe 👍

Recently had some work done to a shared chimney (flaunching, pointing, capping). Joe came out quickly and flew a drone up to show me what work would be needed and where the issues were, I got a very reasonable quote later that evening for the work to be undertaken. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with consistent clear communication keeping me informed throughout the process. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend, and will be using frontline improvements again when needed
