Premier Roofers are excellent in every way. inclusive of their clear communication and skilled, friendly and polite staff. I was cautious , having had previous experience with another company. I had a leaking roof which created interior water damage in the 2nd week of December 2025. When I contacted them by email they were extremely prompt in responding. In addition, I got a follow up phone call from Jon to arrange an assessment within 3 days. Within two days I was sent a detailed quote and a date for the first week of January. The whole team worked hard to complete the roofing job in 3 days and cleared away the rubbish too. Replacement flat roof, tile repairs, new fascias, gutters and scaffolding at a good price. Bonus, is the 20 year guarantee. Thanks again to all the staff from polite, qualified trade to administration (thanks Stacey); for working so hard in extremely very cold weather to pull it off! I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Roofers to anyone. In fact, have already told my neighbours, who are currently, looking for reliable roofers... 5 star team

I can highly recommend PRS. From beginning to end in difficult personal circumstances I was treated with care and consideration by every member of the team I met. The quality of work is of a high standard and the work was done with a quiet efficiency. At every stage of work care was taken in looking after the environment and any mess (there was very little) was cleaned to an excellent level. I am so pleased I made PRS my choice.

So far very happy with work completed on our leaky skylight. Prompt response to any queries and the guy who came to do the job was punctual and neat and tidy. Would recommend the company and very likely to use again in the future.

I used PRS to fit a Velux window within the roof of my 3-storey house. Their quotation was reasonably priced, their communication was exceptional, and the work carried out has proved to excellent. Both Jon and his partner, Stacey, were friendly, polite, honest, and professional. I will add that, almost 2 years after PRS completed the work, I mistakenly sent them a bank transfer for nearly £300. I still had their company's bank details as an existing payee in my banking app but, for some reason, it was under my name. Therefore, when I went to do a transfer from my account to another of my accounts (with a different bank), I sent the money to PRS' account. I submitted a claim with my bank, and was advised that they would try to recover the money but that the recipient, who was anonymous at that time, was under no obligation to return the money. Three weeks later the amount was credited to my account, which means that PRS agreed to return the money - even though they didn't have to, they didn't know who the money had come from, and I didn't know who the money had gone to. I only discovered that the account I'd sent the money to belonged to PRS when the money was credited to my account because the transaction details then showed Jonathon's name. I didn't recognise his name and so ran it through my e-mail account, and it came up with the original invoice from PRS. This clearly shows that PRS is run by extremely trustworthy people, and I' am very grateful to them for their service and their honesty.

Wanted to convert a conservatory to an brick extension, no problem, Jon organised it all including building regs', Lovely group of friendly guys which is always a excellent starting point for me, they dont bother you, but do appreciate it if you let them use your toilet and give them some bottled water if its hot, I just filled a cool bag with bottles and left them to help themselves and they knuckled down, grafters. Work is excellent and they always clean up after themselves, bonus. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. Great value for money compared to another quote we received. I highly recommend them, dont be put off by the emailing in the beginning, Jon will come out and discuss things fully with you. Work is still underway, but this is so far and a photo of before.
