Its main services include chimney sweeping, flue testing, smoke testing, chimney camera surveys, and safety inspections.

Chimney servicing sits at the heart of what this London company provides, and the accounts left by customers suggest a dependable operation. Chris is named directly in one piece of feedback, where his work on two chimneys is described as polite and thoroughly professional, and the absence of any mess afterwards is a detail that recurs across the comments. Booking appears straightforward, with one customer noting how easy it was to arrange a visit and another explaining that a cancellation caused by traffic was handled by a direct call and a new slot found the following day to suit their schedule.

The thoroughness of the work is a point that comes up often, with an informative certificate issued once the job was finished, and the standard of service is said to have been maintained over a seven-year relationship. Reviewers frequently point to the friendly manner shown during appointments and the clean finish left behind, while the overall impression is of a proficient outfit handling chimney maintenance and servicing with care. Praise centres on the combination of punctual rearrangement, courteous conduct and a tidy result.
