I had Tony come out to my property from SweepSmart. I wanted my chimney closed due to soot and a draft in the living area. Tony and his colleague were friendly and completed the job to a high standard, even cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend!
We needed an emergency chimney sweep at very short notice because of a house sale, and he was able to come out to us quickly which was a huge relief. He responded almost immediately, even though he was away at the time, which we really appreciated. The service was polite, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I have been very impressed with SweepSmart. Our first time was when we were living in our property, fast, effective and good advice to manage chimney issues. The second, was whilst a tenant was in our property. When things didn’t go quite to plan SweepSmart acted with integrity, were patient & flexible. Minimal involvement needed on our part as they worked with our property manager to get the job done. Fair price, I would recommend and we will use them again in the future.

Unfortunately had a bird come down the chimney yesterday evening after call a number of company leaving messages, Sweepsmart was that last I called and the first to get back to me this morning. I can say that I am so glad that they did. They came had the bird captured and released within 10 min, very professional team. Sweep the chimney as well ( I thought was only going to capture the bird.) Left no mess and offended to help put the table and book case back. Great job thank you.
