Roofcare (Midlands) Ltd

Roofcare (Midlands) Ltd is a family-run roofing business based in Nottingham. The company has over 30 years of experience and does not use subcontractors; all team members are fully trained and insured. Work is guaranteed for a minimum of five years, with pitched roof installations backed by up to 20 years' guarantee.

Roofcare covers the whole of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, including surrounding areas. It offers a full range of roofing and roofline services, from one tile to a complete new roof, and also rebuilds chimneys and walls and carries out repointing. The company provides free quotations and drone video surveys, and carries out insurance work and emergency repairs. 80% of its work comes by word of mouth.

John, the figure who appears throughout feedback for this Nottinghamshire firm, is the person customers return to whenever roofing problems arise, and the consistency of that relationship is itself a theme. Surveys are portrayed as thorough, with the condition of a roof assessed carefully and a workable remedy put forward before anything is agreed, whether the task is a complete replacement, lead detailing over a bay window or a chimney overhaul. One thing mentioned again and again is the fairness of quotations, with customers noting that the price settled at the end matched the one given at the start and that schedules were kept.

Tidiness and care over detail are mentioned repeatedly, from matching replacement tiles to older ones to leaving the site clear. The work described spans full re-roofing, a flat roof over a garage, chimney removal and repair, lead flashing, loose tile repairs, fascia and guttering, and a drainpipe. Unpredictable weather and awkward existing materials were reportedly handled without disruption, aided by regular updates and drone images used to explain the damage found.
