John replaced a roof at our property that was leaking due to tiles incompatible with its pitch having previously been installed before we bought the house. He was clearly very knowledgeable when surveying the work required and proposed a solution that was fairly quoted before completing the job to a high standard, meaning no more leaks and a roof that is visibly of a higher standard even to a layperson's untrained eye.
