Pete The Sweep - London

Efficiency and professionalism recur as the qualities customers value most in this chimney sweeping service. Pete is repeatedly named for turning up when promised, often at short notice, and for finishing sweeps and smoke checks without leaving soot or disorder behind. Several reviewers describe how clearly he talks through the work, including a willingness to look at the upper chimney structure during the same visit. His expertise attracts consistent praise, especially the practical guidance given on woodburners, cowls and appropriate fuels.

A point made in several accounts is how straightforward booking proves to be, with updates sent before arrival. Reviewers also describe him as approachable and reassuring, notably when handling an unexpected situation such as a bird lodged in a flue. Emergency attendance is described as fairly priced, while end of tenancy sweeping appears as another task he undertakes. Tidiness, care within the property and a personable manner are highlighted again and again, with premises reported as left spotless following each appointment. Free advice on maintaining a stove is mentioned too.
