I started to read reviews only now when we are having issues with our gutters. This company installed new gutters and downpipes fro £1650 back in 2022. They promised 5 year warranty but lasted less than that. We called out and as per other reviews Shane was rude and said the gutters are not leaking even though we had video evidence. Coming to this year more issues arrived and the company is gone if you check Companies House.

Had a new roof by this company 4 years ago, we have since had a leak into 1 of our bedrooms. We have contacted on numerous occasions to ask for them to take a look and have been given excuse after excuse. Unfortunately we have had no other optiion but to contact Citizens Advice to see where we go from here, as we can no longer contact the number provided. Seems like they are fine taking your money but once you incur an issue they don't want to know. We was happy with the work, but obviously we was told it was a 10yr guarantee so want the issue sorting out.

Work completed to a high standard and within a surprisingly short period of time, both in terms of scheduling and the amount of time to complete. Answered all questions quickly and thoroughly, and provided an explanation of costs which was appreciated given the emergency nature of the work! Provided a 5 year guarantee on the roof for any damage or leaks etc. Update: Unfortunately have had to revise review downwards after discovering that the tiles at the rear were covered up in the garden rather than properly cleared; the gutters were not cleared after the work was done leaving them full of rubble; and several paving stones out the front were cracked by tile impacts without my being told about it. Still happy with the roof overall (and to his credit Shane did come back to clear the tiles at the rear) but overall no longer a 5 star review. Further update: A tile has since fallen off the roof and the company has not responded to my requests to have it put back, nor on any of the remaining above matters, casting doubt on the 'guarantee'. Their website and registration on TrustATrader have both disappeared at time of writing. I am having to take advice on legal processes to try and get this resolved. I would use significant caution before hiring.

Identified the issues with my roof. Explained what was needed and even when further repairs had to happen I fully knew what was going to be done. Arrived nicely on time and rearranged their day to complete on that day. Friendly and polite. Cleaned up completely before leaving. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing roofing repairs. Notts roofing renewed the flashing and pointed our chimney. Shane and his team managed to get us in quickly and were very professional. The work was top quality and they even replaced a broken tile. They left no mess and even cleared our neighbours guttering. Highly recommend!

Spoke to notts roofing Ltd about a survey on a roof. Response was fast and survey done with in 24 hours of contact. Detailed report back with images of the roof. Really pleased with the service

Had Notts Roofing over to re-tile the roof; Shane was very professional and work was completed in good time, despite being a big job. The team did a good job of clearing away the rubbish when they left as well, roof now looks great and is fully waterproof
