Mark recently completed some roof repairs to my property in SE15 and did an excellent job. He explained everything very clearly at the start and throughout the process, turned up exactly when he said he would and was completely professional from start to finish. Highly recommended and a lovely bloke as well! 5 star service!!

Mark provided an excellent service. He was extremely easy to communicate with: kept in touch and updated me regularly; he explained what he was doing and why; he went through the pricing with me and was very transparent about what he was charging and why. He helped me to make savings where possible (for example, being considerate about parking requirements and getting me some money back on old roof slates); he was clean, quick and tidy -which my neighbours all commented on-and got the job done in the time he had proposed. All in all, Mark comes across as extremely trustworthy and as someone who manages his projects and those who work on them, well. Thank you.

I can absolutely recommend NHRBS: brilliant job. Mark and his team of roofers, carpenters, and lead specialist, are exceptionally skilled. Their work was efficiently done and to the highest standard. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the project - redoing a traditional London inverted-pitch roof using Welsh slate - was completed. Removal of the old tiles revealed a number of problems that could not have been foreseen, but Mark was excellent at explaining and documenting the problem and discussing a way forward. He kept us updated with regular videos of progress. There was almost no disruption, and the site cleaned daily. Quotes were detailed, clear and kept to, and all comms were extremely efficient: it was very easy to talk whenever needed. It has been a pleasure working with Mark and we would definitely use NHRBS again.

Emailed and asked an assessment on on a shared gutter. I was quoted £350, paid by accident £400 for a report I never received. When Mark was here, I specifically asked for a written up report on the state of a shared gutter (and not the roof) to discuss with my neighbour on ways forward to repair/replace it. I got a video of him talking about my lean-to roof. When I asked him for the write up we agreed during his visit, so I could provide to my neighbour like we agreed, I received a one line with the quote for the roof+scaffold. That was it. Still have not been refunded for overpaying or given the actual report.

Mark recently replaced our roof completely and did an excellent job. He and his team were punctual, professional and constantly communicative keeping us updated on the progress.
