We had an urgent boiler change booked but due to the height of the flue at the second story roof level the plumber was unable to complete the external flue sealing work without scaffolding which would have pushed the cost of the boiler change way over our budget. At short notice George agreed to come round after the boiler change to assess the situation. He was able to access the flue with a ladder, quote a price and then carried out the repair there and then for a fraction of the cost of scaffolding. He is a good person to know! Thanks again George!
