Josh was on time, friendly and did a great job sweeping our chimney.

Josh is a fantastic chimney sweep, he has a high level of professional and really does care about doing the best job he can for his customers. I can't recommend Josh highly enough and he is the only person I let sweep my chimney!

Josh went above and beyond , came out at 10pm on a Friday night to figure out what was going wrong with our stove or flue, with smoke backing out. It was a system he wasn't familiar with, but logically worked through what it might be (whilst enduring smoke in the eyes and throat) until we finally figured what it was - a cowel which was designed for gas rather than solid fuel . The system is now fixed! And all on a blustery dark Friday night . Josh is polite , cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. Cheers Josh!!!

Faultless service by Josh, he picked up the job quickly, was personable and shared interesting stories. You can tell he is really passionate about what he does and I felt he went above and beyond. I contacted him requesting an inspection and sweep, he advised starting with the inspection to check if the sweep was necessary. He felt it was not needed and so only charged for the inspection. He also kindly shared insights on some damp around a chimney breast and advised what specialist I might want to contact. I’d highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a chimney sweeping service and will be a return customer!

Josh did a great job of cleaning our Woodburner, cleaning the hearth and glass in the process. He gave us advice and checked the condition of everything. Will use again.
