Booked us in quickly and gave some great advice on what to do with our chimneys a when he came by - neither ended up needing sweeping and Ben was very polite and helpful about it all!
Ben was super speedy attending my property when a bird was stuck in the chimney breast! He was swift in locating the bird and releasing it to fly off to freedom! Highly recommend his services! Thank you Ben!
My grandmother had her chimney swept by this man as she was having a new gas fire fitted and was told this needed to be done first. He turns up at my grandmother's took all of 10 minutes and then left. Today we had the fire fitter out who had said that the chimney wasn't sweeper properly and it needs doing properly. When called he denied doing anything wrong and said he would have to recharge her for another sweep. He is the most unprofessional person we have ever came across.... Poor service and very poor customer service
I got a booking in August for November, when the date came, he didn't turn up. I asked why by sms and he only came back after 14 days saying he never booked us but there were the proof of the previous conversations! Extremely unprofessional and totally unreliable.
Very grateful to Ben for coming out to our house and giving us advice - very knowledgeable. Brilliant service. Will be using next time and will recommend to our friends in the area.
Absolutely lovely guy. Really friendly. He arrived perfectly on time. Cleaned the chimney in 5 mins and was great to chat with about life and the trials of self employment. Really great service. Thank you mate
