In Bristol, A Plus Chimney Sweeps has built a strong reputation for chimney sweeping and related work, with Katie and her team frequently named in accounts. Various customers describe the crew arriving punctually and getting straight to the task, whether sweeping a long-neglected wood burner or preparing a chimney for a new carpet. Reviews regularly refer to the thoroughness of the clean, noting that residue is removed and that burners perform noticeably better afterwards, with improved airflow and burn rate. Communication stands out too, from easy exchanges before the visit to proactive reminders that an annual sweep is due.

The team is often praised for being friendly, courteous and tidy, clearing up fully once the work is done. Advice on fireplaces and log burners is another point that comes up often, with customers appreciating practical tips. Pricing is described as fair and agreed in advance. The service covers chimney sweeping alongside central heating and roofing-related work, and several accounts note that fires are left ready for winter. A recurring theme is the ease of rebooking, with customers returning year after year and recommending Katie and her son by name.
