First Choice Roofing Plymouth - Mark Cunningham

First Choice Roofing Plymouth is led by Mark Cunningham, who works with his son Reece and a team. The company serves Plymouth and surrounding areas. It offers roof replacements in slating and tiling, flat roofs, emergency repairs, roof leak and repair work, guttering and fascia work, chimney work, leadwork and flashing, skylight installation and Velux windows, Fortex UPVC cladding, firewall repairs, and fibreglass roofing. A full roof inspection with a non-obligation quote is provided.

Roof replacement work forms the core of the feedback for this Plymouth firm, and the standard of the finished result is a theme that runs through almost every account. Mark Cunningham and his team are repeatedly described as dependable, turning up on the agreed day and seeing the job through to completion, whether the task involved stripping and re-covering an entire roof with new slates, timbers, lining and vents or taking down a chimney stack. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is how clearly matters were explained, with changes to the initial plan talked through and confirmed before any work went ahead.

Customers regularly note that the price quoted was fair, that no payment was requested until everything was finished and they were content, and that scaffolding and waste were cleared away neatly. Communication throughout the process, including after completion, is credited with making the whole experience straightforward, and one female customer felt particularly reassured by the team's helpful manner. Ty and Steve are singled out for a chimney removal finished within a single day, while the wider crew earned praise for a tricky hillside installation.
