Ashley came out to inspect a roof leak and recommended a fix, which we paid for him to resolve. 3 months later the leak was still present. Initially he refused to return, and when he eventually did, he suggested additional repairs were needed that should have been identified from the start. Overall, the problem was misdiagnosed and not properly resolved. He's now not responding to emails and stating that he is "no longer taking on new work". Hugely disappointed and would avoid.

They were friendly, professional, highly skilled and paid great attention to detail. Communication was excellent throughout, Ashley was quick to answer any questions I had and kept me updated about the works progress. I found him online based on the many positive Google reviews. We contacted Ashley for a quote to fit a velux window in our roof, including fitting roof vents and repair the lead flashing on the adjoining roof. Ashley provided a competitive quote for all works and explained the work in detail. Ashley kept us updated on timeline for completion and worked efficiently to complete the job.
