January was a complete washout with constant rain, which understandably caused delays and a backlog of work. Although our original February schedule had to be postponed, Travis kept us informed every step of the way and was always responsive to any questions. When he was able to start, his professionalism and reliability really stood out. The quality of the porch roof repair is excellent—it looks fantastic and, most importantly, has solved the issue completely. Travis was great, came out check out the property really quickly after my initial query and offered an extremely generous rate for drone survey, necessary due to the building being four storey block of flats. A few days later, we got a good number of high quality images and a detailed breakdown of exactly what was wrong with our roof. Can't recommend highly enough for drone services.
