The company serves Plymouth, Devon, and Cornwall. It specialises in roofing for extensions and new builds. It offers roofline services including fascias, soffits, guttering, and bargeboards.

It offers flat roofing solutions. It provides installation, repair, and maintenance of pitched roofs. It offers installation and replacement services for Velux windows. The team includes Jordan and Chris. The company's process includes assessment and planning, material selection, expert installation, and quality assurance.

Devonport residents describe Precision Roofing as a firm that combines professional workmanship with a personable approach, and the same themes recur across accounts of jobs large and small. Several customers highlight the speed of response, noting that enquiries about leaks or storm-damaged guttering were answered with prompt assessments and quotes delivered without delay. More than one review highlights the care taken with property, with one describing how an elderly housebound relative was treated with respect throughout chimney work.

Roofing tasks such as refelting and battening a whole roof, replacing ageing Velux windows and fitting blackout blinds feature prominently, alongside repairs following storm damage. Tidiness is praised, including the detail that a team vacuumed after completing an installation. Named staff, particularly Jordan and Paul, are singled out for being friendly, polite and easy to deal with, while Chris also appears in accounts of window replacement.

Pricing is characterised as fair, competitive and free of unnecessary complications, and communication is described as clear from the initial quote through to completion. A theme running through the feedback is the willingness to answer questions and explain options, which customers say gave them confidence in the work. The finishing standard on window and roof installations is described as excellent, with customers noting that teams arrived when expected and worked efficiently from start to finish.
