It's surprisingly difficult to find someone who genuinely understands traditional lime work and old houses, but Bruce clearly does. He understood straight away that our wall had been covered with inappropriate cement render and pointing, preventing it from breathing properly. He gave us lots of helpful advice before the work started and always put doing the job properly ahead of rushing it. The project turned out to be much more challenging than expected because of the existing brickwork, but Bruce put in the extra time and effort needed to achieve an excellent finish. He was honest throughout, kept us updated, and honoured his original quote despite the extra work involved. Thank you, Bruce! 😊 If you're looking for someone who genuinely understands lime repointing and old houses, Bruce is the person to speak to. Highly recommended!

First time using the team Bruce and Jack for our Stovall inset log burner . Great service all round easy to book , attended within the week, very clean efficient modern system virtually no mess or dust to clear up . We have had a wood burner in excess of 10 years swept the chimney every year but by the installing company ,needing dust sheets everywhere due to greasy dust and considerably more expensive . Definitely will be using these guys next time . Thank you guys excellent job
