Mike and his team swept our chimney in July 2024 and did a great job - they were on time, efficient, thorough and highly professional. We had trouble with downdraft this week, and Mike came round to check out the problem (and make sure everything was safe) and offer advice at less than 12hrs notice (the next morning). Mike provided an exceptional chimney sweeping service today. My stove and flue pipe were completely blocked, rendering my chimney unusable. Mike efficiently cleared the blockage within 40 minutes and offered valuable advice. He was both professional and courteous throughout the process.

Mike and his team helped us with lining a Victorian fireplace flue, installing a liner sorting out the fireplace and fitting a woodburner. Tall house, so scaffolding was needed - which he arranged. Two visits before the work happened to make sure we all knew what we were getting. Very responsive communication. Good, neat job completed in one day including new slate hearth and brick rendering. Good value compared to the other quotes, and good availability.
