Gary the Chimney Sweep is repeatedly praised for the quality of chimney sweeping work carried out in the Brighton area. Various customers describe Gary himself as punctual, friendly and tidy, with jobs completed quickly and the fireplace area left clean and free from debris. More than one review highlights his professionalism and depth of knowledge, particularly the helpful advice given on open fires, chimney capping and woodburner installation, including guidance passed on when a chimney proved unfit for use.

Communication is a further point that comes up often, with easy booking, prompt responses and a helpful receptionist noted alongside Gary's own approachable manner. The removal of debris and the issue of certificates on the day are also mentioned, as is the care taken to leave no mess behind. Long-standing clients comment that the standard has remained consistent over years of use, and the service extends to gutter cleaning alongside chimney work. Named throughout the accounts for his courteous and respectful conduct in customers' homes, Gary is described as someone householders are happy to book again for seasonal sweeping.
