The whole experience was a breeze from start to finish. Allan came out to view our old fireplace within a few days of contacting him. He was honest with us about what we needed and could realistically have in our small space. He gave us recommendations and sourced the stove that we wanted. The installation date was a few weeks later. Allan and his colleague knocked the old fireplace out, plastered and fitted the stove and liner and left the lounge clean and tidy afterwards. The new stove looks fantastic. Allan was in touch a few days later to check that we were happy with everything. We have been so impressed by Allan's work, communication and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of having a stove installed.

We had a different company install a wood burner a couple of years ago and were never that happy with the performance. We had Alan out to see if he could help and after a thorough investigation and a number of options presented to us we decided to replace the whole thing. The new one that Alan installed is a huge improvement, his work was excellent and his quote was cheaper than most. We are very satisfied and just wish we had known about him a few years ago.
