Sutton Roofing Specialists

Sutton Roofing Specialists is a family-run roofing company with 35 years' experience. It serves Brighton and the surrounding areas, including East Sussex. The company works with both domestic and commercial clients. Services include flat roofing, pitched roofing, roof repairs, roof windows, roof lanterns, asbestos roof removal, guttering and downpipes, chimney stacks, lead roofing work, and parapet wall repair.

It installs Velux and other skylight systems. A guarantee is provided on workmanship and materials. Scaffolding is used where required for safe access and property protection. References, testimonials, and examples of previous roofing work are available upon request.

Households preparing to buy a property and homeowners needing a full re-roof are among the projects that customers describe, with reviews frequently highlighting the thorough inspections carried out before work begins. Julian is named repeatedly for detailed assessments of roofs and loft spaces, for explaining defects in order of seriousness and for answering questions about materials, labour and estimated costs. Various customers describe being kept informed throughout with regular updates and photographs as the work progressed, and one notes that an additional issue was explained clearly and resolved without fuss.

Punctuality and tidiness come up often, with workers arriving when promised, leaving no mess behind and handing back properties in immaculate condition. The standard of the finished roofing, chimney repairs and waterproofing is described as excellent, while the politeness and friendliness of the team are mentioned alongside fast responses to enquiries. Competitive pricing compared with other quotes is also noted, alongside professionalism in handling problems promptly and using photographs to explain completed work. Gutter cleaning and general repair work feature among the services customers have used, and the same names and themes recur across the accounts, from initial survey through to the final inspection of the finished roof.
