M. Ross building services has built a reputation in Brighton for roofing work that customers describe as prompt, professional and fairly priced. Several reviewers highlight the speed with which jobs are completed, noting that the team arrives when expected and finishes without unnecessary delay. Full roofs, guttering and fascias feature prominently in feedback, with customers expressing satisfaction at both the standard of the finished result and the clarity of the quote given beforehand. Mark is named repeatedly for his willingness to explain problems and the methods used to resolve them, including weatherproofing, rendering repairs and gutter work on older properties.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the tidiness of the work and the polite, well-mannered conduct of the team throughout. Reviewers also mention that payment is made only once the customer is content with the outcome, something that appears to reinforce trust. The durability of completed work is referenced, with one customer noting a roof still weatherproof several years on. Communication, punctuality and a fair approach to pricing recur across accounts, and the company is frequently described as one that family and friends have been told about.
