Sam came to have a look at my roof after I noticed some pretty gross-looking yellow/brown stains appearing on my ceiling. It turned out that there were some cracked tiles on the roof, which caused a leak to stain my ceiling. I've had some bloody awful experiences with tradesman in the past, leaving the place a mess, intimidating and speaking down to me etc... Understandably, I was apprehensive at first but Sam went above, beyond, and all the way around to make sure I felt safe and comfortable with, basically, a stranger in my home, and took the time to answer all of my annoying questions, explaining the process so that I understood what needed to be done and why. I'm a big advocate for supporting local businesses in general, especially those who genuinely want to help! Great guy, great work, and actually an all round great experience as far as home maintenance goes! Will absolutely be reaching out to Sam at Action Roofing if my House Lid has any issues in the future, Thanks Sam! 😊

Good communication as to what was needed and going in to detail on what was being done and how he was going about it overall good service will for certainly use these guys again. Solved the problem with loose tiles and leak that was coming through in to loft has now been resolved. Thanks
