Saints Chimney Sweeps

Stove servicing and flue cleaning for wood burners and open fires define the jobs described by Saints Chimney Sweeps, a Cambridge-area firm whose technician Lee is named again and again. What emerges most strongly is punctuality and speed: reviewers note that he turns up when promised, sometimes after an earlier job has run over, and that a sweep is finished inside about thirty minutes. Cleanliness comes up just as often, with protective sheeting and a sealed chimney opening ensuring nothing is disturbed and rooms are left untouched.

Practical expertise is another thread, from restoring a log burner that had stopped working to checking that a carbon monoxide alarm functions correctly. The certificate and paperwork arrive by email, and booking updates are handled the same way. First-time callers say they were fitted in quickly, including one household needing a sweep for an insurance requirement, and the manner is consistently described as friendly and easy to talk to. Repeat custom is common, with several clients arranging their next annual appointment on the spot. The settled picture is of prompt, tidy visits and clear communication.
