Tw Chimney Sweep / M&M Chimney Sweep

We have used several sweeps over the years but never, ever experienced this quality of service for the price. Tom was courteous, efficient and unbelievably thorough. Our fire now burns beautifully and you can tell that he really takes a pride in his work (and his drone that photographs the chimney - how brilliant!!). Our woodburner has never looked so good. Thank you Tom. x

Excellent job. Cleaned our two stove chimneys and glass, without a spec of dust left in the house and very fairly priced.

Everything about Tom's service is 5* from his communication before the visit, to his punctual arrival and clean, meticulous, friendly service. He is so respectful of your house and belongings, ensuring that everything is covered with clean sheets before he begins. He explains exactly what he has done and why things weren't working efficiently before. He's so knowledgeable about his trade and has a drone that he can use to look at the top of your chimney to check for any damage and then sends you the photos! He's also a lovely, funny guy and very reasonably priced with all his work guaranteed. Thanks Tom!

An exceptional level of service received. Tom was polite, courteous and very efficient when cleaning the chimney and log burner in my house. All of this at a fair price. The path from the door to fireplace, and any furniture between/surrounding were carefully covered before starting a thorough clean, Tom treated my home as if it were his own and I was very comfortable allowing him to work whilst I set about doing other things. He showed a great deal of care and offered lots of advice. I would thoroughly recommend Tom to anyone needing a chimney sweep or advice on related things.

Tom is an utter professional and I recommend him unreservedly. He is polite, punctual, clean and tidy and clearly takes pride in his work, ensuring the stove is clean and safe. He is very good at communicating what he has done, and why, and ensuring his customers questions are addressed. If only more service providers were like Tom! Very happy customer here!

Tom has come to my home for over 10 years, cleaning my lounge chimney with huge professionalism. He is always cheerful and takes care of my home, protecting carpets and furniture and vacuums, meticulously, after cleaning the chimney. I am asthmatic and Tom washes his protective sheets after every customer visit. I am so pleased that he has always been reliable, cheerful, professional in every way and can thoroughly recommend his service.

Booking an appointed with Tom was very easy and he could fit us in within a week! When he arrived today he was very professional and friendly. He gave plenty of advice to us first time users of an open fire. He also used a drone to take a closer look at our chimney stacks. I would definitely recommend and will be using him again for regular check ups. Thanks Tom!
