Just had RW chimney sweep over to clean our log burner flue. Darren was prompt and professional. The price was so reasonable and I must add that it’s rare to meet someone who is so efficient and polite these days. I booked Rag to clean 2 chimneys. When he got to me he explained that it wasn’t worth my while cleaning them ( not impacting damp and I wasn’t planning on using a fire) he only charged me a minimal call out fee and gave me lots of really good advice about )a what to do in the short term (chimney Sheep) and b) what to do in the future should I change my mind and decide to use the fireplace / install a log burner. Integrity, helpful and charming. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Attentive and good at explaining everything, and great comms throughout. Had to make fireplace and chimney etc compliant and this was done professionally and at a great price.
