Toby explained the whole process thoroughly and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere after he finished . He was very considerate. After the sweep he advised on things to keep an eye on and best way to get the most out of the stove. We will be using Toby again annually moving forward
What a lovely guy Toby and is and very knowledgeable. Toby did a thorough sweep and clean of our wood burning stove. I liked the fact that Toby went through at the end of what he had done and gave clear pointers of what may need doing in the next few years. Would highly recommend and have booked in for next year. Toby's communications prior to arriving were superb. He was prompt and so very tidy and thorough - best ever. Also a very personable young man. Have already recommended to others and will use again.
