I received a quick and polite response to my voice mail. Phoebe arrived punctually and efficiently got to work conducting herself in a professional and diligent manner. On completion, which included safety advice and remedial work, Phoebe meticulously cleaned the work space. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Phoebe the Sweep.

Great service. Full clean up and appointment reminders really helpful. Definitely recommend

Phoebe was amazing at clearing a completely blocked chimney that another sweep had failed to clear properly. Despite the huge amount of debris from the work the room was left spotless. Would definitely recommend.

Phoebe came to us to sweep our wood burner, she was professional, tidy and on time, she even gave me a reminder message to confirm she was coming that morning which was very helpful, I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.

Phoebe is great; she gives advance notice of her availability, turns up on time and completes an efficient sweep leaving no mess behind.

Phoebe did a great job on my two chimneys which were badly in need of a clean. She worked quickly and quietly and left the place spotless. She got back to me straightaway when I contacted her and gave me good safety advice too. I'd definitely recommend her.
