Mr Soot Chimney Sweep - Liverpool & Sefton earns consistent praise from customers across Liverpool for chimney sweeping work, particularly for stoves in domestic properties. Several reviewers describe the sweep as punctual and efficient, arriving when expected and completing the job without fuss or delay. A recurring theme is the tidiness of the work: customers repeatedly mention that no mess was left behind and that the operative cleaned up thoroughly after finishing. The expertise and advice offered also come up often, with reviewers noting that operatives explain how to use a stove correctly, share maintenance tips and point out issues such as a missing flue liner or a chimney needing further attention, doing so in a way that inspires confidence.

Named members of staff, including Shaun, David and Michelle, are singled out for their professionalism, politeness and friendly manner. Communication is another point that recurs, with customers appreciating updates on appointments and a straightforward booking and pricing process. Reviewers describe the service as good value, acknowledging it is not the cheapest option but feeling that the quality and advice justify the cost, and many express an intention to book again the following year for their chimney sweeping needs.
