Mike the Sweep

Mike came out and did a sweep and inspection of my stove after moving into property a couple of years back. He talked me through each stage and did a thorough inspection for me. Very professional, and left place immaculate afterwards. Will definitely be using Mike again and recommend to anyone. Thanks Mike

Great service from Mike. I unfortunately had a nightmare tenant In my property after eviction I had the unfortunate discovery of seeing my fire. Let's just say I didn't think I'd ever get the opportunity to light it again. It was covered in melted plastic and god knows what else. I called Mike and he was really friendly and punctual. Unfortunately on further inspection from Mike my concerns were confirmed and we had to remove the fire. Although Mike was unable to save this one I really appreciated his honest input and break down of costs involved if I chose to try save it. The decoration I made was the right one especially for a rental property, Mike then helped remove the fire allowing me to maybe add an electric alternative. Mike did a fantastic job of sweeping the chimneys for both my gas fire and a log burner. All work was carried out very professionally, and everywhere was left so clean and tidy, very reasonably priced too. I got in touch with Mike after discovering a suspected pigeon stuck in the chimney breast. Mike was very helpful on the phone and offered his advice. Mike arrived on time and was professional, friendly and most of all he did an amazing job cleaning our chimney. What was supposed to be a “normal job” turned out to have one or two unexpected blockages (builders bricks, mortar and a load of twigs)! Mike took this in his stride and cleared the blockage with the minimum of mess. I couldn’t be happier with final result and would highly recommend Mike and his service.
