The team have been brilliant across all disciplines in undertaking what has been quite a big and unconventional re roof project. From start to finish they have been professional, clear and concise, on time and the communication throughout the whole process has been excellent (Gemma and Chlesea are very quick to respond despite all my ongoing questions!). We had a fixed deadline for the work to be completed and the scaffolding removed, as we had a holiday planned, and the team fully embraced the challenge. They delivered all the work to a very high standard and within the agreed timeframe. From the initial quote through to completion, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Communication was clear, timelines were well managed, and everything ran very smoothly. We obtained five quotes in total and ultimately chose L Jeffery Roofing because they provided the most comprehensive scope of work at a fair and competitive price. The Jeffery Roofing team did an excellent job replacing a large 40 year old flat roof and a roof terrace. The whole project was run very professionally from quote through to completion. For me, very importantly, there were no surprises, and the team was very good to work with. I strongly recommend them.
Lee and his team were efficient, helpful, and most importantly have done a fine job replacing a flat roof, re-pointing a Victorian chimney and reinstalling damaged flashing, aswell as replacing a few tiles, for a price that was one of the lowest we were given from about 7 quotes. All waste was removed. Recommended.
They repointed a chimney stack this week. The whole process went very smoothly, from coming to assess the job, quote, arranging scaffolding + doing the work.
