Emergency call-outs, planned replacements and small repairs all appear in accounts of work completed by Imperial Residential, with damaged tiles, ridge tiles, flat roofs and guttering among the tasks customers describe. Several reviewers highlight how quickly the team responds, noting that Paul answers queries and texts without delay and that workmen arrive when scheduled. A point that comes up often is the clarity of pricing, as thorough estimates are provided without charge and then honoured once agreed. Tidiness also features strongly, since operatives are said to clear away debris after finishing, whether a job takes half a day or extends over a week.

The standard of workmanship draws consistent praise, and the attention given to minor repairs is described as matching that applied to larger projects. Friendliness and professionalism recur throughout, with Harvey, Harrison, Luke and Paul named in connection with advice, planning and courteous communication before and after the work. Problems such as a porch leak and a roof that had deteriorated after window replacement were handled efficiently, and clients note that the same staff return across visits spanning several years. Clearing gutters, renewing flat roofs and replacing ridge tiles appear among the recurring jobs.
