Pass Approved Roofing & Building

Roofing and building work in Birmingham forms the core of what Pass Approved Roofing & Building delivers, and the accounts left by customers return time and again to the conduct of Stuart and his team. Several reviewers describe operatives arriving when they said they would and finishing within the timescales agreed beforehand. The standard of the finished result is a point that comes up often, covering tasks such as replacing fence panels, mending and replacing guttering, and repairing a displaced slate tile in a tricky position.

Customers repeatedly mention the advice and guidance offered before work began, including a survey carried out on a property being purchased and the diagnosis of a leak that proved to be a valley rather than a full replacement. Clear communication during the job is noted, with one customer describing being kept informed at every stage. Pricing is described as competitive and reasonable for the work carried out, and the manner of those on site is called polite and courteous. Roof leak repairs, slate work, guttering and general building tasks all feature across the feedback, with Stuart named as the person who assesses and completes much of it.
