Dave did an excellent job for us. Unfortunately we had another roofer work on our chimney which lead to leaking after only a few months. We had it confirmed the work was done incorrectly from multiple tradesmen. Dave gave a very reasonable quote and did the remedial work. Dave from Cotton Roofing , assessed and replaced slats on my roof for free. This was after stopping him on the street and enquiring about the services the company offers. He arrived same day to assess and he repaired them , and did not charge for his labour and the couple of slats he replaced.He has definitely restored some faith in humanity given the world we now live in . He cleared the affected area, identified the issue, and applied a fix to stop the leak.
