I have to say Paul is a true professional, his knowledge of sweeping chimney is second to none, he did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him, he turned up on time, left my front room clean, he walked me through everything he was doing, gave sound professional advice which I have took on board and probably saved our lives in the process , thank you Paul, you were wonderful 😀

Reached out to Paul over the Christmas break regarding a seized stove door handle and got a quick response. He kindly came out during the holidays to inspect and help, treated my home with care, and was a pleasure throughout. Clearly genuine and passionate about his work, offering plenty of helpful advice to improve the longevity of our log burner. Can’t recommend him enough.

I found Paul to be meticulous and careful and very professional and incredibly clean. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him. He swept our chimney- we have a wood burner. He found out the name and model of our wood burner (without being asked) to reassure us that it was Defra compliant as we had it installed many years ago. He also gave advice on how to use it more efficiently.

Paul is a really friendly guy, he was very helpful. He was very tidy evan though he had to remove a large nest I would definitely ask him to come back next year. He is a totally professional guy and I would definitely recommend him.
