Peaky Sweepers guarantees clean and mess-free work.

Households with wood-burning stoves and log burners across Birmingham feature prominently among the accounts of work completed by this chimney sweep. Andy, the sweep named throughout the feedback, is described as arriving at the agreed time and carrying out the sweep without fuss, leaving rooms and white carpets free of soot. More than one customer describes him as knowledgeable, crediting him with spotting a liner fault during a routine inspection that led to the original installer replacing the component, and with explaining the stove and its safe operation as he worked.

Repeat bookings are a recurring theme, with clients stating they have already arranged the next annual visit. Reviewers also mention smaller touches, such as fitting a new rope to a burner door, and owners of a canal boat note that the stove was serviced aboard. A point made in several accounts is the calm, friendly manner in which the work is conducted, along with advice passed on about burning and maintenance. The safety check that closes each sweep, giving householders confidence ahead of winter use, is frequently highlighted, as is the tidiness of the finish once the job is complete.
