Fabulous service Kully was a lovely professional man. Easy to talk to and he explained everything he did. Arrived early, not a problem. He worked very well and promptly, even when we asked questions. He cleaned up throughly, and it was a very good experience overall. Out of 10 I would rate him a 12

Kully came out to sweep and check my chimney, I had a bad experience with someone else before and Kully was sooo patient and explained everything. He used the camera to look at the chimney and talked me through it. He gave me advice, answered my questions and left me a leaflet about chimney safety. I wouldn't use anyone else now. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. He came round, removed the board from our fireplace, and swept the chimney ready for our stove fire to be fitted. He was VERY tidy throughout the whole job and left everything spotless afterwards. He talked us through everything he was doing, explained the process clearly, and was extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find someone so professional, friendly, and thorough. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be using him again in the future!

I wanted my chimney swept before getting some decorating done, just in case there was mess to clean up afterwards. I needn't have worried. Kully was very professional, did a great job. Offered advice on how to keep my log burner and chimney working efficiently. I will definitely use him again.

We recently had to call in a chimney sweep after discovering a pigeon had become trapped in our chimney flue - which we had believed was already properly blocked off. Unfortunately, the bird had been stuck for over a week, so it was quite a distressing situation. From the moment we got in touch, the service was prompt, professional, and very understanding of the urgency. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation calmly, and took great care in accessing the flue and removing the pigeon as safely as possible. Given how stressful the situation was, having someone knowledgeable and reassuring made a huge difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing chimney work, especially in more urgent or unexpected circumstances.

Kully did a fantastic job. Covered up carpet before doing any work so no mess. Paid extra for camera inspection and worth it to check for any damages though no issues found on this visit. Would recommend to anyone.

Kully came to sweep and CCTV survey our chimney ahead of the installation of our log burner. He did a very thorough job, explained everything and left the room really clean. I would definitely recommend him.
