Hazel - The chimney sweep

Great service as usual.Hazel is very knowledgeable and helped us with some issues we had and now our wood burner operates well.

As usual Hazel did a super job, on time, lots of advice and i look forward to booking her to come again in 12 months. Can't fault anything she does. hoghly recommended

Called Hazel in as we had a pigeon stuck in the chimney. She was fabulous; walked in and calmly rescued the little chap. She told us when she would be there, let me know she was on the way and only charged a very small call out fee. Already booked her for the cowl to be fitted. Update: as I can’t leave a separate review! Cowl fitted - super efficient and we hardly knew they were there. Also asked Hazel to sweep our other chimney and sort the wood burner-honestly we’re super impressed. She explained why other sweeps said what they did, cleaned our twisty chimney without the moans and groans of other sweeps too! We’re booked in for next time. Thank you Hazel and Chanel.

Hazel always does an exceptionally thorough job of cleaning our chimneys. She is so helpful and conscientious, giving us advice on how to keep the woodburner flue clear of tar deposits. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a great and reliable chimney sweep.

Hazel was so quick and efficient from the moment I contacted her. Communication was great, she did exactly what she said she would do, on time and in full!! She came and serviced our stove and explained everything very clearly and left me with a report and further recommendations. Her price was also very reasonable - I would highly recommend her.
