I had an unusual request to assess my roof following work done by another company which I had some concerns about. DM Roofing managed to squeeze me in on a weekend within a week of contact, to assess and provide advice accordingly and declined compensation - the least I could do was leave a review to show my appreciation.

I've used Daz now twice. Once for guttering and just now for damaged ridge tiles due to Storm Dave. I will be using him again later on for a bigger job on the roof. He's a genuine guy. Reliable and trustworthy. Very competitive prices. I highly recommend him.

I have actually used Darren for two previous jobs, and both times he turned up on time and did good work. However, my most recent experience was really disappointing. We had a repair scheduled that was initially pushed back due to weather and van issues, which I completely understood. I asked if he could fit it in sooner, and he reasonably said 'maybe, depends how my week goes'. The real issue was that when our actual scheduled days arrived, he completely ghosted me. I tried calling and messaging multiple times to confirm if he was attending the site for my client, and got absolutely no response. I ultimately had to cancel him and scramble to find someone else right before a bank holiday. It’s a real shame because he’s done good work in the past, but the communication this time was unacceptable. All he needed to say was I'm sorry I can't take on this work which would have allowed me to find someone before the break.

Daz came and sorted my leaking gutters ....not once but twice (and didnt charge second time around).... fair play to them! Not only did they fix my gutters but also replaced my slated tiles which were missing from storm damage. Thanks Daz I would recommend

Great service! Had a leak coming through our bathroom ceiling due to issues with our chimney and Joe came out quickly, did a temporary repair and then came out and completed the job to a great standard once the weather was better. Highly recommend!

Poor communication and work not carried out properly. “Fixed” my leaking chimney. Went through summer no problem due to no/minimal rain. Comes to autumn and noticed my chimney is leaking . Darren told me he’d come out, numerous messages , calls and voicemail and completely ghosted. Still showed as online on what’s app though. Had to get another company out to finish what they didn’t.
