I contacted Bratt Builders after finding them on the Federation of Master Builders' website. I was about to buy my house and the survey brought some minor issues up. Had a really helpful conversation with Bratt that put my mind to rest. I knew I would then contact them when it came to doing the work. I was impressed with them from the get go. They arrived to have a look when they said they would. The quote then arrived quickly and all infornation was clear. I contacted Bratt at 22:00 on a Tuesday evening via email after my roof started leaking and as I was under the impression that work they had previously completed was at fault I was a little blunt, not only did the respond early the next day but after determining that the leak was caused by a separate issue offered to effect repairs free of charge. The gents sent out were insightful, forthcoming and clear with me about the cause and completed the task in a timely manner allowing me to resume my work day. 100% will call again for any future roofing needs.
Bratt builders are Brilliant. The two tradesmen "Hugo + Dave" who repaired my chimney stack were smart, polite + informative. They discovered the problem very quickly. The work was carried out efficiently and neatly. Hugo + Dave left my premises clean and tidy. Their vehicle was very clean which sets a good impression. I can highly recommend Bratt Builders.

We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.
