Spoke to the very knowledgeable Jake, at Your Space Innovations for some advice on my roof and was really impressed. Rather than trying to sell me a new roof he gave honest knowledgeable advice and explained that based on what they had seen from photos I'd sent it wasn't worth replacing unless it actually started causing problems. It's so refreshing to find a company more interested in doing the right thing than making a quick sale and taking advantage. I really appreciated Jake's honesty and would definitely recommend them based on my experience!

I had Jake and Kyle round my home over the weekend to jet wash and sort all my outdoor patio. They were very hard working and they did an amazing job. The outside of my house now looks a lot fresher and really has made it look 10x better. It wasn’t an easy job because of the heat and due to how big the area was - but they never complained! I definitely would recommend them. They’re also really nice people, which was a bonus. Thanks again :)

I want to express my gratitude to Jake and his team for recently completing a roof replacement on my property. Long story short, I had been scammed when trying to get some leaky Chimney’s repaired, paying more than I should have, only to have the chimneys leak again a few months later. I decided to get things inspected before doing anything else, and came across Your Space Innovations. They got in touch, conducted the inspection, and it turned out the roof needed replacing as it was in terrible condition. To be fair, the person who scammed me said the same, but he shouldn’t have gone ahead and attempted the repair due to the extent of the damage. I looked at the recommended fixes and work required, and decided to go ahead and have Your Space do the work. From start to finish Jake kept me informed of what was happening, provided pictures and video, his team was very respectful of the property, were very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with them. I should also mention that Jake was very proactive in advising that I get Building Control to inspect the works during, and after completion. Which means it will be certified, and I can pass on to my mortgage provider. I now have peace of mind from the roof being completed, and on top of this, Jake helped me report the rogue roofer to Trading Standards with his provided inspection report. Plus I was able to use this to raise a report to Action Fraud, and the police contact me now and again to provide updates, or request further info. I’m also planning to take the roofer to small claims if necessary. It’s an absolute minefield out there, trying to locate a contractor you can trust, I’ve experienced my fair share of a few dodgy ones, but I can honestly say that Your Space Innovations is not one of them. Jake is also actively supporting the growth and careers of the guys he has working for him. So once again, a big thank you to Jake – not forgetting Kyle, Thames, Dan, Tony, Jacob, and anyone else I may have forgotten. I will definitely consider your services in the future, should I require them.

Called Jake late on a Sunday afternoon due as emergency water leak. He arrived within a few hours! Jake has gone out of his way to try to identify where the leak is coming from. Working late and over weekends to accommodate fitting a new flat roof. Plus sealed windows and cleaned gutters along the way. Provided various videos and photos for insurance. In addition Jake has pointed out a number of issues with the main roof which was fitted last year by another roofer and has advised to contact building control. Showed great dedication to his work, professional, tidy, knowledgeable and overall a really friendly team. Thanks all.

I can’t thank Jake enough, he helped us out yesterday when no one else would. We have used his company before when my 95yr old mother was scammed out of £3000 by a a bunch of scam roofers who ended up doing more damage to her roof. Jake came out in freezing weather late at night and fixed the problem. When my mum had another issue yesterday he went above and beyond to come out and fix it for her . Not only did he do this willingly he refused to take payment for the job he did as he knew she was struggling financially. This young man came from humble beginnings and made something of himself. With hard work and determination bro succeed. He deserves every success , I only wish there were more people in the world like him.
