This week I had a leaking roof repaired by Affordable Roofing and I am extremely pleased with the service. John carried out internal and external inspection of the chimney. John identified the problem quickly and I couldn't be happier with the job he done. I found John to be completely honest and kept me informed throughout. Although John specialises in roofing, he also did a very smart and professional job on fitting new gutters, soffits and facias, front and back. John replied to my message for a quote really quickly. He came and had a look and was able to price up the job for a very reasonable price. There was no pressure to get additional work done and the job was started quickly. John's team were very pleasant and efficient, you wouldn't have known they were on the roof! (I've had jobs done in the past where tradesmen were messy and very loud!). I was really impressed with John and his company and I have no hesitation in recommending them. We had a leak in our flat roof and John was quick to come out and provide a very reasonable and competitive quote. Our flat roof is at the rear of our house with no access but they weren't put off and we were able to make it work. The team who done the work were polite and got on with the job in the agreed timescale. There was one small little thing I queried once the work was done, John immediately came round and sorted it out which shows the pride taken in finishing the job well.
